WHAT THE HELL IS MILK JELLY?
Well for those of you that
can't work it out, we've got the knowledge.
Simple as really
- just watch yourself with that boiling water.

MILK JELLY RECIPE
To make a Milk Jelly: |

Disolve 1 jelly, flavour as desired, in a little boiling
water. |
| |

 |
Make up to 280ml (½ pint) with cold water. |
| |
|
 |
Allow to cool. |
| |
|
 |
Whisk a 170g can of evaporated milk until thick. |
| |
|
 |
Add the jelly, whisking continuously. |
| |
|
 |
Transfer to a 1 litre (1¾ pint) mould or dish. |
| |
|
 |
Chill to set. |
